Training Principles

    We believe for training to have lasting effect its important to give you the ability to help yourself. We believe the client is supposed to be an active participant and involved during training hours, before and after. The work goes beyond the couples hours a week you train.

    Every client is put on a individual program. First we do an assessment of movement patterns and range of motion in each joint. We then teach and assign homework drills for you to regain mobility, posture, and strength through proper engagement of the body.
